My child,

As you see the waves breaking over the beach, I’m sure you are aware of the mighty forces that produce the tides and the power in the waves. Yet here the waves are fairly gently on the sand. So too my power is awesome and mighty. Yet I am a gentle creator God who most of the time holds back such power so that it doesn’t overwhelm people. My power is also a redeeming power that has at it’s heart healing and salvation. Such power is indeed available to you though my mighty dynamic Spirit. He is the one that allows such power to come upon you and move through you. Such power flowing through you can touch other people’s lives with healing and wholeness. He also is the power that will prevent you from falling completely and will restore you if you do stumble.

As you hear the sound of the waves breaking on the beach, the ripple of the water as it runs over the sand, let it remind you that I speak to people. Much of my communication and speech is not with words but in the quietness like the sound on this beach where the waves are gently breaking on the sand and there is birds songs in the air. I can thunder and roar when I need to. But to my children I speak in a gentleness and tenderness in a still small quiet voice. So often in the midst of the worlds clamour they miss it. So remember my child still your heart and mind and you will hear me speaking. Speaking eternal words of love and life,
